"Cindy Brophy has been our agent for 25 years, but she has been on autopilot for most of them. My vehicle was hit from behind. Unfortunately both parties involved had State Farm Insurance. We took it to the State Farm recommended repair shop. They gave us an estimate of $10,000, then said they could not work on the vehicle for a three weeks the vehicle was drivable so we took it home and then brought it back when they were available. After 6 days we get a call from State Farm saying they are declaring the vehicle a total loss. They will keep my car and then pay out the value of h the e vehicle, which was a reliable car before the accident. Cindy Brophy tells me she doesn’t understand why I would be so upset that I am losing a car. The accident was no fault of our own but we will no longer have the car to use. She tells me to go buy a used car to use. She had no compassion or empathy for my situation. We will be dropping her and Stste Farm after over 25 years."

"Extremely unprofessional and unapologetic a few years ago when she allowed my ex husband to cancel my car insurance without ever notifying me. I was driving for several weeks with kids uninsured until thankfully by chance it was detected. I called her upper St Clair office frantic, and was advised that because my name was listed second on the policy it was within their right to drop me per my exes request. No thought to contact me and offer me an individual policy ???? It was the most bizarre conversation with no effort to improve the situation. State Farm really lost credibility and integrity from that day on."
